Heat Results
Heat 01: Andersen, Screen, Harris, Sitera 1-5
Line Up: Harris, Sitera, Andersen, Screen
Comments: Pirates so fast out of the gate, Harris put some pressure on but he had as much hope as passing through the shower of water from Screens back wheel as SilverBee has of pulling the Queen!
Sponsored by Clean Cut Sports @ www.cleancutsports.com
Heat 02: Re-run Wilson, Wells, Barker(Ex), Boxall(Ex) 2-3 3-8
Line Up: Barker, Wells, Wilson, Boxall
Comments: Barker excluded for daring to try and pass Wilson who binned it on the floor going into bend 3 lap 1. Boxall excluded too for not being under power after he pulled up on bend 1. In re-run, Well SB would say good gate from Wilson but in reality it was probably more to do with Ricky's automatic clutch. Wells caught up with Wilson easily and did a cracking job of following him for 4 laps.

Heat 03: Allen, Kennett, Wilson, Pedersen 5-1 8-9
Line Up: Allen, Kennett,Davidsson Wilson, Pedersen
Comments: Davidsson excluded on 2 mins....he has not arrived yet apparently, Wilson replacing him. Kennett took 3 laps to finally creep through the smallest gap on the white line under Wilson. Much slower from Pedersen and he would have been lapped.

Heat 04: Holder, Smolinski, Boxall, Wells 2-4 10-13
Line Up: Smolinski, Wells, Holder, Boxall

Heat 05: Re-run Andersen, Kennett, Allen, Screen 3-3 13-16
Line Up: Allen, Kennett, Andersen, Screen
Comments: Allen made a textbook gate, unfortunately the ref didn't see it like that. All 4 back for the re-run. In re-run, Kennett all over Andersen and Hans pulled some very defensive moves including, SB is sure, going over the white line.

Heat 06: Harris, Wilson, Holder, Sitera 3-3 16-19
Line Up: Harris, Sitera, Holder, Wilson
Comments: SB kids us not, Harris gated before Wilson blasted round him on bend 2! Harris went by him out of bend 4 lap 1 and cleared off but even so, SB witnessed a miracle!

Heat 07: Pedersen, Barker, Smolinski, Davidsson 3-3 19-22
Line Up: Smolinski, Barker, Davidsson, Pedersen
Comments: Barker very nearly got the drop on Pedersen going into bend 3 lap 1 but couldn't get across. SB is not sure why Davidsson bothered coming.
Sponsored by Merlin

Heat 12: Allen, Wells, Davidsson, Wilson(F) 5-1 34-37

Heat 15: Kennett, Andersen, Harris, Holder 4-2 46-43
Line-up: Harris, Kennett, Andersen, Holder
Comments: Coventry off gates 2 and 4. Stunning ride from Kennett to blast around Andersen on bend 1 in the really really deep stuff and clear off. Really scary at times but won it comfortablky, Bjarne Pedersen and Edward Kennett become Coventry heroes!
