Heat 02: Franklin, Widman, Richardson, Stoneman 3-3 (7-5)
Line Up: Franklin, Stoneman, Widman, Richardson
Comments: Rich passed Widman inside going in to lap 2. Stoneman looked like he'd made a good line turn 1 lap 1 but got run out to the fence. Couldn't see anything down back straight as he scrambled for a tear off. Lost a lot of ground but reeled in Richardson. Was lining up outside pass when Richardson made error and ran him wide.

Heat 03: Bekker, Perry, Mason, Morris 2-4 (9-9)
Line Up: Perry, Morris, Mason, Bekker
Comments: Bekker by a mile. Morris initially passed Mason for 2nd. Made huge error turn 2 lap 2 which took Mason to the fence and let Perry through to second. Mason levelled out ahead of Morris. Passed Perry outside turn 1 lap 3. Perry smart turn back off turn 4 lap 4 to steal it back on the line.

Heat 05: Howarth, Mason, Morris, Perry 1-5 (12-18)
Line Up: Perry, Morris, Howarth,Garrity Mason
Comments: Mason takes R/R for Belle Vue.
Howarth with ease. Great race for 2nd. Perry passed Morris and Mason going into turn 3 lap 1 but oddly both repassed him by exit of the turn. Then Morris and Mason argued over 2nd right to the flag.

Heat 06: Mckinna, Armstrong, Ritchings, Widman 3-3 (15-21)
Line Up: Armstrong, Ritchings, Mckinna, Widman

Heat 07: Courtney, Bekker, Franklin, Mason 4-2 (19-23)
Line Up: Courtney, Franklin, Mason, Bekker
Comments: Courtney gated and did well to hold off strong challenge by Bekker turn 3 and 4 lap 1. Franklin closing in all the time took advantage of slight error by Bekker to pass inside back straight lap 4. Bekker in the dirt on the outside did just enough to take 2nd back on the line.

Heat 08: Howarth, Franklin, Ritchings, Richardson 3-3 (22-26)
Line Up: Ritchings,Stoneman Franklin, Garrity Howarth, Richardson
Comments: Howarth takes R/R for Belle Vue.

Heat 09: Mckinna, Perry, Morris, Widman 3-3 (25-29)
Line Up: Perry, Morris, Mckinna, Widman
Comments: Mckinna clean start. Widman ran into Morris going into turn 1 sending him 2 wheeling towards the fence. He did well to stay on. Should have been all 4 back but allowed to go leaving Ash a mile behind. He did well to recover to 3rd. Perry put Mckinna under plenty of pressure. He was about a bike length short off the last turn having tried the big cutback.

Heat 10: Armstrong, Mason, Ritchings, Bekker 4-2 (29-31)
Line Up: Armstrong, Ritchings, Mason, Bekker
Comments: Armo gave it a handful around the air fence on the first turn to take the lead. Ritchings turned back under the Colts pairing turn 3 lap 1 just as Bekker did a 270 degree turn and fell. Gets the take play award for getting up and completing the race. Then cracking effort by Ritchings to chase down Mason. Half a bike length short on the line. If he could gate we'd be dangerous.

Line Up: Courtney,Franklin Stoneman, Howarth, Garrity Mckinna
Comments: Mckinna takes R/R for Belle Vue.
Stoneman in to replace Franklin.
Stopped. Ref takes pity and gives the Heathens a second chance with an all 4 back. Presumably because we were down 5-1'd on the first turn again because i did not see anything wrong with that.
Re-run Well it helped a bit. Nothing to report other than Courtney holding on under a little pressure.

Heat 12: Perry, Mason, Franklin, Widman (Fx) 4-2 (35-37)
Line Up: Perry,Stoneman Franklin, Mason, Widman
Comments: Franklin in to replace Stoneman.
Stopped. Franklin cracking backstraight to pass the fast starting Colts pairing to take the lead. Widman error puts him into Mason and both down but ok. Widman excluded.
Re-run you never win a rerun do ya?! Tailed off this time. Great race up front only settled on the last lap. I'm hoping we can get Mason elbowed for shedding weight in that one as he lost a chain guard

Heat 13: Howarth, Armstrong, Courtney, Mckinna 3-3 38-40)
Line Up: Armstrong, Courtney, Howarth, Mckinna
Comments: Two races in one. Super race up front with Armo all over Howarth. Just missed out by half a bike length on the line. Meanwhile Courtney spent most of the race reeling in Mckinna and made his move off the last turn. He nicked the odd point by inches. Superb racing again tonight.

Heat 15: Armstrong, Howarth, Courtney, Mckinna 4-2 (46-44)
Line-up: Courtney, Armstrong, Howarth, Mckinna
Comments: Colts choose 2 & 4.
Wooooooo what a race. Howarth leading from the tapes with Armo 2nd and Courtney 3rd. Armo charging hard and covering every square inch of shale in the chase. Gave it one last ditch effort with a cutback off turn 4 and drag race to the line with Howarth. Armo stole the win by the narrowest of margins right on the line. What an awesome night of racing. Congrats to all for a terrific night of entertainment.
