Comments: Thought Screen held onto second reasonably easily but the referee diagrees and gives Lindgren the 2 points, who passed Screen on the finish line. Iversen from the gate, and won it by several miles.

Heat 02: Wells, Wolbert, Szczepaniak, Sowka 3-3 7-5 Time: 60.76
Line Up: Szczepaniak, Wolbert, Wells, Sowka
Comments: Good battle for third place between the Poles, Sowka almost got by on lap 3 but Szczepaniak shut the door entering the third bend,. Wells fast away and never troubled.

Line Up: Janowski, Nermark, R/R - Wells Proctor
Comments: Wells is for Rider Replacement. Wells sharp away again, out gated by Nermark who locked up on second bend to avoid Wells' back wheel and Proctor passed him easily, Proctor looked to have good speed but was happy to sit behind Wells. Comfortable win for Janowski

Heat 04: Miskowiak, Korneliussen, Wolbert, Sowka 3-3 13-11 Time: 59.94
Line Up: Korneliussen, Wolbert, Miskowiak, Sowka
Comments: Miskowiak from the gate, Korneliussen had good run out of bend 2 but Miskowiak blocks him down the backstraight. After that Miskowiak pulled away. Great race for 3rd place, Sowka looking pretty good but Wolbert found some speed round the outside to grab 3rd place coming off the final bend.

Comments: Nermark edges clear of Aspgren coming out of bend 2. Aspgren to his credit was never far off despite a wild fourth bend. Lindgren on the other hand was poor and never close.

Comments: Iversen flying, miles ahead of the others. Tried, slowing down for Screen down backstraight but he was going too fast! Wells never far behind Screen.

Comments: Lindgren is for Rider Replacement. Korneliussen from the gate. Proctor chased hard and never far behind Korneliussen, Lindgren held 2nd place briefly but Proctor looked far quicker and it was Proctor who took up the challenge from lap 2 onwards.

Comments: Screen from the gate, Sowka passed him coming out of bend 2, Screen all over him for a few laps but Sowka had it covered. Wolbert passed Screen in the last lap. Sowka obviously found his steel shoe.

Comments: Wolves from the gate, Nermark gets some good, drive on inside coming out of bend 2 and passes both Wolves riders. Janowski by Wells in lap 1., chased hard, almost passing Miskowiak on lap 3 but no way through, Janowski dangerously close to putting both wheels over the white line.

Comments: Wolbert in for Szczepaniak. Very very tight first bend. Wolbert almost came off, composed himself and found good speed to pass Proctor entering third bend, Proctor gave 100% effort again but lost some ground in lap 3.

Comments: Kings Lynn off 1+3 and Wolves off 2+4. Lynn riders from the gate. Lindgren outside of Janowski backstraight, Janowski came from absolutely nowhere to storm under Lindgren on the find bend. To add insult to injury, Lindgren's bike stopped coming out of final bend gifting Proctor 3rd place.
