Comments: Mellgren engine failure lap 3 whilst last. Roynon fell bend 1 lap 4 while leading. By the time he realised Mellgren had retired the race had been stopped.

Comments: Hansen takes the rider replacement ride. Williamson from the gate. Hansen round Carr bend 2 lap 3. Carr later dropped to the back with engine trouble. Hansen's obviously been practicing his riding during the winter.

Comments: Wethers held second but made mistakes on bend 4 lap 1 and 2 with allowed Lambert through on the second lap.

Comments: Lambert takes the rider replacement ride. Doolan did well to reel in Lambert in after an early mistake to eventually go round him bend 2 lap 4.
