Comments: Great start by J.Thompson for the lead, with Bickley joining him in 2nd for a Leicester 5-1, Sarjeant 3rd and Hook 4th. Sarjeant pushing hard behind on Bickley for 2nd into lap 3, but can't get past. Sarjeant goes down on his own bend 4 lap 4 which allows Hook to take 3rd. Sarjeant quickly up after race finishes and is ok.

Comments: Close at the front between Masters and Morris battling for the lead. Morris takes the lead into the backstraight, Morris 2nd, Mountain 3rd and Fredriksen 4th. Fredriksen goes down on bend 2 lap 1 on his own onto the track. Race Stopped and Fredriksen excluded from the re-run. Fredriksen took a while to get up, eventually walked back in the pits.
Re-Run: Morris makes a good start and pushes Masters out on bends 1 and 2 to ensure he gets the lead, Masters 2nd, Mountain 3rd. Masters has bike problems on bend 2 lap 2 which allows Mountain into 2nd. Masters has an engine failure, gets his bike going quickly, to ensure he can take a point.

Hook and J.Thompson battling hard at the back, and eventually J.Thompson takes 3rd on bend 2 lap 4, and just about holds on to take it on the finish line.
