Sarjeant pushing hard on Allen behind, nearly got past for 2nd on bend 4 lap 2, Allen holds on for 2nd to split the Edinburgh pairing. Domiant win and fastest time of the season for Masters.

Comments: Great start by the Edinburgh pairing taking the lead, until bend 2 lap 1 where Hook and Sarjeant both fell. Race Stopped, Hook up and walking back to pits. Ambulance now out on the track for Sarjeant as he is still down on the track. Hook is excluded from the re-run. Sarjeant now been taken off in the ambulance to be looked at by the medics. Slight delay. 2 mins now on for re-run of Heat 2. Only 2 Redcar riders now in with both Edinburgh riders out.
