Comments: Brennan in for Fricke. Aces gated. Brennan picked up a lot of drive on the inside running right across Zagar on bend 2 and just kept it out of the air fence! Hans slipped off on his own when last bend 2 lap 3.
BSN commentary speculated maybe mechanical failure caused Andersen's fall.

Tigers gated. Pickering gave it an absolute great go, trying very hard. Got round Ellis bend 4 lap 2, Ellis back under him bend 1 and 2, then Josh again went round Ellis off bend 3 lap 3 and this time chopped to the inside and made it stick. He then tried to run Ellis out to get Lawson through I think but Ellis hung back and chopped to the inside. Lawson went high and wide and handsome on last 2 bends and nearly stole 3rd on the line. Great race!
