Comments: Kemp made a great gate with Worrall 2nd. Brummies missed the gate with Nielsen 3rd and Kerr 4th. Kerr passed Nielsen during lap 2 for 3rd. Kerr pushed hard but couldn't get past Worrall for 2nd.

Comments: Pearson made a great start with Edwards closely behind for a Brummies 5-1 into bend 2. Cook 3rd and Ablitt 4th. Brummies were leading for 2 laps until Cook got past Edwards on B1 L3 and got Pearson on B2 L3 for the lead. Pearson was too slow to keep the lead. Cook had a comfortable lead by the end.

Comments: Race stopped. All 4 riders close together into bend 1. Worrall went into Morris on the first bend and took Morris down into the fence. Worrall removed both bikes quickly and got straight up. All 4 back for the re-run. Morris being attended to by the medics. Morris has pain in his right shoulder, ambulance is coming out.
20:07 - Morris now up and walked into the back of the ambulance. Air fence being repaired. It's now raining.
20:10 - Ben fund collection now taking place. Edwards replaces Morris. Heavy rain. 2 minutes on. Morris not officially withdrawn yet, still with medics.
Re-run: Worrall wins from the gate. Thomson was 2nd until end of lap 2 when Edwards passed him.

Comments: Poole made a super start to take the lead with Kerr 3rd and Nielsen at the back. Nielsen went into the fence on his own on B2 L2. Referee didn't put red lights on till end of lap 2 to ensure it could be awarded! Nielsen is still down on the track.
