Comments: Race stopped. Unsatisfactory start. Tapes didn't go up properly on the inside. Re-run with all 4 back.
Re-run: Hume reacted fastest but slowed almost immediately with bike problems, he toured round for a lap before retiring. Wells took the lead off B2 L1. Brennan was giving his all but not getting close to Wells for 3 laps. Brennan closed up on lap 4 and used the wide line off bends 3&4 to just pip Wells on the line.

Line Up: Nicol, Bailey, Clegg, Pearson
Comments: Clegg made the best gate but was swallowed up by the Tigers on the opening bends. Bailey romped off and won from Nicol by a distance. Nicol never under pressure from Pearson.

Line Up: Basso, Starke, Pijper, Z. Cook
Comments: Pijper made the gate and led for the opening lap. Basso flew round the outside of him bends 1&2 lap 2 to take the lead. Basso then eased clear to take a convincing win. Starke packed up at the tapes.

Line Up: Brennan, Bailey, Sedgmen, Pearson
Comments: Race stopped. Brennan comes down going into B1 L1 and clips Pearson in the process who also falls. Race to be re-run with all 4 riders. Both riders back up and walked back to the pits.
Re-run: Bailey with a cracking gate to take the lead. Brennan misses it and is last initially. Brennan rounds Pearson bends 3&4 lap 1. Entertaining battle out front between Bailey and Sedgmen. Sedgmen is right with Bailey throughout and looking faster, but Bailey is riding wide enough to block Sedgmen's attempts to use the blast round the outside to pass. Brennan never made any impression on Sedgmen.

Comments: Tigers make the gate and are sitting on a comfortable 5-1, until Starke locks up bends 3&4 lap 1 and Wells passes him. Starke re-passes Wells on the inside of B4 L2, but Wells then charges back under Starke into B1 L3. Starke winds it on and rounds Wells off B2 L3. Basso well clear out front.

Comments: Race stopped. Unsatisfactory start. Warning to Sedgmen to stay still. Re-run with all 4 back.
Re-run: Tight first couple of bends between Basso and Sedgmen with Basso edging ahead off of bend 2. Good battle for the first 3 laps with Sedgmen trying hard to pass but wasn't quite quick enough. Hume passed Pearson B4 L1.

Comments: Pijper makes the best start and leads off bend 2. Brennan charges under him B4 L1. Brennan then slows with bike problems B1 L2 and drops to the back. Nicol passes Pijper B2 L2 to take the lead. Cook then passes Pijper and sets after Nicol. Cook gets very close to nicking the lead on the line but Nicol holds on.

Comments: Bailey makes the gate and leads all the way. Cook and Hume have a good battle for the first couple of laps passing and re-passing. Cook then pulls away and pressures Bailey but Bailey holds on.

Comments: Sedgmen electric from the start but goes too wide bend 2 and Starke passes him. Cracking race between those two for 3 laps with passing galore. Sedgmen pulls clear of Starke into lap 4. Basso then passes Starke and roars round Sedgmen bends 3&4 to steal the win on the line.

Comments: Wells with an excellent start and he wins with ease. All the action is behind him. The Tigers shuffle Sedgmen to the back on the opening bends. Sedgmen sticks with them and rounds Hume bends 1&2 lap 4 and just sees him off on the run to the line.

Comments: Nicol rockets from the start and leads all the way. Starke hugs the white lines bend 3&4 lap 1 to slip inside Cook. Cook nearly manages to pass Starke using the wide line bends 3&4 lap 2 but Starke holds him off. Cook keeps trying but can't quite get on terms with Starke.

Comments: Brummies off 1&3. Sedgmen leads with Basso throwing everything at him for the whole race. Basso passes him with a brave move through the smallest of gaps on the outside of bends 3&4 lap 4. Cracking ride from Basso!
