Comments: Oxford win the toss and defer to Heat 15. Leicester pick Gates 1 + 3.
Dan gates with Jenkins behind, Jenkins dives up the inside of him B2 L2 there’s a tangle which sees Jenkins come down. Dan briefly slows expecting the red lights to come on but then goes on to an easy win. Jenkins remounted and finished the race at the back.

Comments: Boughen on debut becomes an instant fans favourite at Oxford an untroubled win. Clouting rounds Foord B2 L1 which levels the scores.

Comments: Hagon almost goes inside Spencer B2 L2 and continues the chase finishing just a bike length behind on the finish line.

Comments: It was Joe who’s quickest out of the gate but was hesitant at the first bend and Clouting edges into the lead. He rode a steady race out front to win. Atkins all over Joe and almost passes B2 L4 then again on run in to the line but just falls short.
