Heat 02: Kvech, Madsen, Bewley, Holder 61.819

Heat 03: Zmarzlik, Vaculik, Michelsen, Lambert (Ret) 61.433
Line Up: Vaculik, Michelsen, Lambert, Zmarzlik
Comments: Vaculik gated and headed for the outside, but Zmarzlik went even wider, leaning into the dirt and carrying so much speed he was well ahead going into bend 3. Very spaced out. Lambert lasted less than one lap.
Supported by andout www.canadianspeedway.com
Heat 04: Woffinden, Kubera, Fajfer, Janowski 61.665
Line Up: Kubera, Fajfer, Woffinden, Janowski

Heat 05: Bewley, Wozniak, Janowski, Lambert 60.634
Line Up: Janowski, Wozniak, Bewley, Lambert
Comments: Bewley did an excellent cut back off Bend 2, and went inside Janowski and Wozniak. Wozniak held on for second after a couple of challenges, and Lambert was stuck at the back.
Supported by Rails of Sheffield
Heat 06: Vaculik, Madsen, Fajfer, Fricke 61.097
Line Up: Fajfer, Vaculik, Fricke, Madsen
Comments: Madsen drove across them all from gate 4 to take the lead, but VAculik went wide around Bends 3 & 4 to pass Madsen with ease along the home straight. Spaced out after that.
Supported by Memories Of Poole Pirates Speedway Club www.facebook.com/groups/859822440748832/
Heat 07: Michelsen, Lindgren, Kubera, Kvech (Fell) 60.590
Line Up: Michelsen, Kubera, Kvech, Lindgren
Comments: Michelsen pushed them all wide on the first bend, with Kvech the widest and Lindgren had to put the brakes on behind him, stuck in the deepest dirt. Kvech fell on the second lap, catching the dirt out wide on top of Bends 3/4 - quite a heavy fall, but he got up and the race continued! Lindgren tried everything, carrying much more speed than Kubera, and cut back to pass him on the inside down the back straight on the last lap, then going really wide, and it was close on the line.
Supported by Fina Watson Art finawatsonart.com
Heat 08: (Rerun) Zmarzlik, Holder, Huckenbeck, Woffinden (FX) 61.002
Line Up: Huckenbeck, Holder, Zmarzlik, Woffinden
Comments: STOPPED! Horrible fall for Woffinden coming out of Bend 2, stuck on the outside as they all chased the dirt, and he caught the fence just after the final airbag, with the bike stopping abruptly and Woffinden was slammed face-first into the track. Huckenbeck was just ahead, but it was simply a case of Woffinden running out of room. Ambulance out for Woffinden - they have shown the replay - from all the angles - so hopefully he's not too badly hurt, although it looks as though Woffinden was knocked out. He's put his hand up to acknowledge the crowd - phew! Even so, strapped onto a stretcher, and it looks like a neck stabiliser - hopefully all precautionary. Woffinden excluded. Tatum and Louis say there's an argument that Huckenbeck could have been excluded, because replays show that he straightened up, which caused Woffinden to run out of space.
Rerun: Huckenbeck not so wide this time and Zmarzlik did his big ride around the outside. Holder worked his way into second.

Line Up: Zmarzlik, Bewley, Kubera, Fricke
Comments: Zmarzlik dominant off bend 2, and found the deep dirt on the back straight - he somehow held on and recovered to lead - he simply didn't back out like lots of riders do. Behind him, Fricke flinched, and Bewley had to take avoiding action, which relegated him to last.

Line Up: Janowski, Huckenbeck, Vaculik, Kvech
Comments: Vaculik showing he's learned that Gate 3 has a good run to find the best line. Kvech looked as if he might challenge on the outside down the back straight, but there wasn't enough room for him (Vaculik wouldn't have known Kvech was there), and he had to take avoiding action, which enabled Janowski to dive in to bend 3.

Heat 14: Holder, Fricke, Michelsen, Paluch - Janowski (XT) 62.122

Line Up: Lambert, Madsen, Huckenbeck, Kubera
Comments: Lambert at last into the lead, but Huckenbeck went outside him off Bend 4 Lap 1, and while Lambert was recovering from the shock, Mdsen surge under him into Bend 1 and pushed the Brit wide. Miserable night for Lambert.

Heat 17: Wozniak, Holder, Vaculik, Kubera 62.106
Line Up: Wozniak, Holder, Kubera, Vaculik
Comments: Effectively FTG, although Holder tried really hard on the inside line while Wozniak was out wide. Wozniak then held tight line last two bends of the race and Holder was just short on the run-in.
Heat 18: Kvech, Lambert, Fricke, Paluch 62.223
Line Up: Lambert, Fricke, Kvech,Woffinden Paluch
Comments: Kvech came from a long way back off the outside of Bend 2 to squeeze past Lambert. Stretched out after that.

Heat 20: Michelsen, Huckenbeck, Bewley, Fajfer 61.866
Line Up: Bewley, Fajfer, Michelsen, Huckenbeck
Comments: Michelsen did the mad outside ride to pass Bewley down the backstraight lap1, and Huckenbeck came under Bewley at the same time.

Gate 1: 32 pts, Gate 2: 25 pts, Gate 3, 37 pts*, Gate 4: 26 pts

Gate choice: Zmarzlik went straight to Red, Madsen hesitated for a while before choosing Yellow. Huckenbeck White.
Semi-Final 1: (Rerun) Madsen, Zmarzlik, Huckenbeck, Holder (FX) 62.404
Line Up: Zmarzlik, Holder, Huckenbeck, Madsen
Comments: STOPPED: Zmarzlik quick from Gate 1, with Holder getting into second. Madsen rode an excellent fourth turn to get under Holder, and then kept him wide off Bend 2, Lap 2. Holder squeezed on the back straight, but it looks clear when they turned into Bend 3 and Holder fell. Huckenbeck laid his bike down at high speed, and although is bike flew past, Huckenbeck then collided bodily with Holder. Hoder excluded - Tatum and Louis agreeing that it's entirely the correct decision. Daylight between Madsen and Holder - Madsen had his front wheel inside the white line, so wasn't moving out.
Rerun: Superb first lap by Madsen, who found the speed down the back straight to pass Zmarzlik on the inside going into Bend 3.
Gate choice: Lindgren straight to White. Michelsen to Yellow. Vaculik Red.
Semi-Final 2: Michelsen, Lindgren, Vaculik, Wozniak 62.204
Line Up: Vaculik, Wozniak, Lindgren, Michelsen

Gate choice: Michelsen to Yellow. Madsen hesitates and then walks to White. Zmarzlik straight into Red.
Grand Final: Lindgren, Zmarzlik, Michelsen, Madsen (Ret) 62.145
Line Up: Zmarzlik, Lindgren, Madsen, Michelsen
Comments: Shame for Madsen, who rocketed from the start, and then stopped suddenly on Bend 1, coasting round bend 2. After that: Wow! Saving the best until last, Lindgren gave chase to Zmarzlik, who tried to cover every angle, but was beaten for speed off Bend 4 Lap 3 as Lindgren flew outside him.
Lindgren celebrating with a huge wheelie, after the race fell off the back! Up and OK with a smile obvious under his visor. Michelsen gave Lindgren a ride back. While they are preparing for the presentations, Lindgren's bike is standing lonely on the first bend! Both Louis and Tatum agreed that they would not fancy trying to ride it.

Rerun: Superb first lap by Madsen, who found the speed down the back straight to pass Zmarzlik on the inside going into Bend 3.
Gate choice: Lindgren straight to White. Michelsen to Yellow. Vaculik Red.
Semi-Final 2: Michelsen, Lindgren, Vaculik, Wozniak 62.204
Line Up: Vaculik, Wozniak, Lindgren, Michelsen
Comments: Wozniak the Firestarter, but Michelsen cut back off Bend 2 and launched into the lead - then Lindgren dived under Wozniak going into Bend 3, and Wozniak was relegated from 1st to last!
