Race stopped, Kerr lost control and ploughed into Lanham on the second bend. Both up and ok. Kerr excluded from the rerun.
Rerun: Hard fought first two bends with the Hammers emerging in the lead. Lindgren almost caught Nieminen on the line for second place.
