Rockets dominated the first bend. Frampton was right on Tai's tail, so Allen couldn't let Tai through. Katt fell and remounted

Mear fell on the first bend, but up and ok. All4back
In the re run Mear fell again in the same spot, but cleared the track.
There was a massive crash between Frampton and Ekberg on bend 4/lap2. They seemed to tangle and Frampton and bike cartwheeled sending Ekberg flying into the fence by the pit gate.
Ekberg sitting up now, being attended by paramedics on the track. Frampton is walking back to the pits and seems ok. Frampton is excluded from the re run which will be with 2 riders only.
Looks like a delay as Ekberg is still being attended to and if fit will go in the re run
Statman has just watched a video replay of the incident and says that Ekberg is "one lucky guy!!"
Ekberg withdrawn from the meeting with concussion. Replaced by Bowen
