Teams confirmed. Edinburgh win toss and take 1 & 3. Referee is Margaret Vardy
Heat 1: Moore passed Lawson between bends 2 and 3 on lap 3, Wilkinson nearly passed Jonasson 4th bend lap 4
Heat 2: Tully locked up coming out of 3rd bend lap 1 but was far enough ahead to stay in front
Heat 3: Sneddon fell on 3rd bend 1st lap and excluded, Fisher had to lay bike down. In re-run Fisher out of the gate and off, Karlsson passed Richardson back straight 1st lap
Heat 4: Hall passed Summers 3rd bend 1st lap, Bekker passed Summers 1st bend 2nd lap, Hall chased Wethers and came close to passing him 4th bend 4th lap
Heat 5: Lawson passed Richardson back straight 2nd bend
Heat 6: Unsatisfactory start, Tully got a flyer! Tully passed Moore 3rd bend 1st lap, Wilkinson passed Moore 2nd lap and chased after Tully. Battle at the back for 3rd, Wethers and Moore bike to bike on last lap but Wethers fell just before the line
Heat 7: Fisher pushed Hall all the way, McKinna close to passing Sneddon 4th bend 1st lap but Sneddon pulled away, McKinna then had an EF 2nd bend 3rd lap
Heat 8: Reserve replacement Tully for Summers. Tully out the gate well, Wilkinson nearly passed him 4th bend 1st lap but Tully pulled away on the home straight
Heat 9: Reserve replacement Summers for Tully. Wethers passed Richardson 3rd-4th bend 3rd lap
Heat 10: Tully reserve replacement for Sneddon. Tully from 3rd to 1st 3rd bend 1st lap, all 4 very close together! Fisher passed Wilkinson 4th bend 1st lap and Wilkinson chased hard, Tully and Fisher over the line together
Heat 11: Jonasson and Hall swapped positions from 3rd bend 1st lap to 3rd bend 2nd lap a few times until Jonasson pulled slowly away
Heat 12: Tully goes wide to pass Karlsson 2nd bend 2nd lap, Bekker on inside takes 2nd from Tully, Tully passes Bekker 3rd bend 3rd lap and gets Karlsson 4th bend 4th lap
Heat 13: From the gate
Heat 14: Reserve replacement Bekker for McKinna. Hall Tactical replacement for Richardson and starts off 15m, reserve replacement Tully for Summers. Tully had a puncture 4th bend 1st lap whilst 2nd, Bekker picks up a puncture 2nd bend 3rd lap so hall passes him and Bekker coasts round to finish
Heat 15: Line up; Karlsson Wilkinson Fisher Lawson Monarchs win toss and take 1 & 3. Wilkinson passed Fisher 3rd-4th bend lap 1, Fisher back 1st bend lap 2, Wilkinson never gave up but couldn't pass back.
Oh good grief, I'm glad that's over! The next match will be available in the Conference League section, it's Scunthorpe Saints vs Buxton Hitmen in the KOC (hopefully won't lose my internet half way through this time! lol )
