Line Up: Lanham, Kurtz, Karlsson, Garrity
Comments: Magnus out the traps but Leigh cutbacks to the inside bend 2 on lap 1. Todd almost had Magnus up the inside bend 3 & 4 but he held on. Garrity can't decide if he is as wild as ever or in control, throwing the bike into the bends. Gets loads of grip off bend 2 lap 4, lifts gets it under control just before the fence otherwise he'd have hit the fence where Wato did a couple of years ago.

Line Up: Mellgren, Kurtz, Graversen, Garrity
Comments: Stopped. Graversen gated on the outside with Anders & Todd all level would have been set for a good race but fell by himself before entering bend 1 and is excluded, to be re-run with 3 riders only.
Anders passed Kurtz, Garrity looked very dangerous almost in the fence a couple of times trying to ride the outside line. Looks out of his depth.

Heat 15: Gjedde, Bager, Aspegren, Nieminen 4-2 (57-34) 59.94
Line-up: Aspegren, Gjedde, Bager, Nieminen
Comments: Wasps off 1 & 3.
Great ride by Charlie. Bager deserves credit, left room for his pass. Bager had gated & was well clear of the rest. Charlie riding the air fence line to get passed Robin & Kauko and then from nowhere he's on the outside line around bends 3 & 4 and goes down the outside to take the lead off Henning bend 1. Robin had to work of a hard charging Kauko who gave it a real go in heat 15 and was really close to sneaking passed on the inside of lap 2 bend 4. 3 riders of the night from the ref Charlie Leigh & Bager.

Comments:
Teams confirmed.
6.30pm - Just arrived, had a heavier shower than at my house in Cwmbran, very cloudy with blue sky just over the track at the moment, hopefully we won't have any rain.
Hopefully should be okay, was only a 3 min shower apparently, little bit nippy. Track looks ok though nice & smooth.
Crowd looks are usual average so far tonight but I'd say good away support given its the Lions 2nd visit in a short space of time.
